An ECOLOGICAL BENEFIT system that, in addition to allowing the storage and fermentation of coffee, can perform washing and classification in the same tank, allowing the removal of pasilla, brocaded beans, pulp, and void beans. Additionally, this system has the draining patio for foams or oversaturated materials, which separate the first-class coffee.

It has Pulpers No. 2½ or No. 2¾ with fixed or adjustable breast for the 4@/day model. Pulper No. 3 or No. 3½ with fixed or adjustable breast for the 8@/day model. Pulper No. 4½ with fixed or adjustable breast for the 12@/day model.

Safety guard in the pulper and classifier, the pulp outlet, sieve, and canoe are made of stainless steel for a long lifespan. The movement system is driven by a sprocket (using two sprockets and a 40-pitch chain) and can be operated manually or with a motor.
