Description
Ecological for all types of grains, it pulps perfectly without using water. Available in versions with 2 or 3 jets, with a Fixed or Adjustable Breastplate, and a jacket in copper or stainless steel. The cylinder, breastplate, bearings, gears, pulleys, pinions, and brackets are made of cast iron, immune to corrosion. Hopper, pulp guard, and bib are made of stainless steel.
Complies with ICONTEC 2090 standard. The breastplate is turned with a perfect fit and has a graduation system (with independent channel adjustment for the adjustable breastplate version), transmission by cast and milled pinions, completely silent and precise, or sprocket system (pinion and chain). Closed bearings prevent pulp leakage. Unique with flange bearings on the feeder shaft and the cylinder shaft.
