Description
The TC-400 thresher is designed to enhance your productivity, impacting the performance in coffee threshing production. The thresher is manufactured with its main components in cast iron, has a stainless steel threshing basket, a central rotor made of AISI 4140 tempered steel for high strength, a loading hopper made of carbon steel with a peephole for load control, and a guillotine gate that doses the coffee load to the equipment. It is finished with weather-resistant electrostatic paint.
It features a cyclone for collecting husk resulting from threshing, along with a two-fan system. One fan facilitates husk suction and its subsequent discharge to the cyclone, and a second fan injects air at high speed into the threshing basket to aid husk expulsion and also cools the beans, preventing overheating during the threshing process.
