Description
The smart control coffee dryer features a unique intelligent drying system, assisted by user-friendly and easy-to-use specialized software.
The specially developed software automatically controls the entire drying process, opening the hot air inlet gates to the chambers, circulating air in the appropriate layers, and alternating the opening of the humid air outlet gates, constantly monitoring the internal humidity in the coffee layers. This process is repeated several times, maintaining total control over the coffee and chamber temperatures, preventing surface overheating or uneven drying.
